Welcome to my blog! My goal is to help improve your life in the four foundational cornerstones of faith, fellowship, fitness and finance. In this blog post, I will be outlining how to be a deadly human being in detail. I believe that there are four key pillars to being a deadly human being: exercise, being a man or woman of your word, stopping caring about what other people say, and making your reaction a response. Exercise is important because it helps to keep your mind and body fit and healthy. Being a man or woman of your word is important because people need to be able to trust you. If you say you're going to do something, you need to follow through. Stopping caring about what other people say is important because you need to focus on your own life and your own purpose. And finally, making your reaction a response is important because it shows that you are in control of your emotions and your reactions. I hope that this blog post has helped to give you some insight into how to be a deadly human being. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them below. Thank you for reading!
Do you want to be a deadly human being? If you're tired of feeling like you're not in control of your life, this episode is for you. Learn how to exercise, be a man or woman of your word, and stop caring about what other people say so that you can
I was training in Taekwondo when I realized that most people who judged it had never even tried it. This led me to the conclusion that I should stop caring about what other people say all the time, especially if they haven't experienced what I am experiencing. I should only focus on my own experiences and opinions. I realized that if I let other people's opinions control me, they would be able to manipulate me and sidetrack me. Instead, I should train myself to react calmly and logically to situations. This would allow me to maintain control of myself and my emotions.
Here are the steps you need to follow to also get self-improvement, self-control, and readiness.:
1. Exercise
2. Be a man or woman of your word
3. Stop caring about what other people say
1. Exercise
If you want to be like John Wick, you need to find a form of exercise that you enjoy and stick with it. You can try weightlifting, running, or martial arts. You should also make sure to warm up before working out and cool down afterwards. You should aim to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Exercising is important, but it's not the only thing you need to do to be all John Wick deadly-like (in life of course). You also need to eat a healthy diet. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and too much saturated fat. Eating healthy will help you have more energy for your workouts and help your body recover from them. Finally, you need to get enough sleep. John Wick is a badass, but he's also human. He needs to rest just like the rest of us. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. If you follow these tips, you'll be well on your way to becoming the next John Wick.
2. Be a man or woman of your word
To be a man or woman of your word, you need to be honest with yourself and with others. You need to be able to back up what you say with actions. People will respect you more if you are someone who is true to their word. If you say you are going to do something, do it. Don't make promises you can't keep. Be reliable and dependable. People will trust you more if they know you will follow through on your commitments.
Being a man or woman of your word is important in all aspects of your life. It's important in your personal life, in your professional life, and in your social life. People will respect you more if they know you are someone who is honest and reliable. When you make a commitment, stick to it. Don't make promises you can't keep. Be someone people can count on, and you will earn their trust.
3. Stop caring about what other people say
This will help you have thick skin and not let other people's opinions get to you. If you let people's opinions always phase you, you'll always end up being off your center and easily manipulated by others. This causes you to become distracted from your goal and ever worse, behind on achieving it. An important fact about this is realizing that people are going to say what people are going to say REGARDLESS of what you say or do. You have to implement what my 5th grade recess coordinator told me which was to "brush the dust off of your feet if anyone is hating on you. If they hatin' on you, they ain't the ones to be around."
In order to be a deadly human being, you need to have a few key attributes. First, you need to be physically fit. This means that you need to exercise regularly and be in good shape. Secondly, you need to be a man or woman of your word. This means that you need to be able to back up what you say. People will respect you more if you are someone who keeps their word. Finally, you need to stop caring about what other people say. This will help you have thick skin and not let other people's opinions get to you. All of these attributes are important if you want to be a deadly human being. However, if you can master these three things, you will be well on your way to becoming a deadly human being.
I’d love to hear how you applied all of these tips. Leave me a comment on how it went for you or drop any questions you want me to answer!
