And guys, today we are going to be talking about three supplements that you should be taking. And to make things even better, if you're watching the video version of this, I actually have the supplements off to my side.

00:01:13

I have them here in my room because that allows for me to be able to minimize actually the amount of friction between me having to take the supplements. So for me to be able to reduce the amount of friction that it takes for me to take those supplements, I just put them right there, put them right there on the side. And so I'm actually going to be showing you the supplements that I have and supplements that I'm taking. To start off with the first supplement that if you're not already taking one, you should be, and that is a multivitamin, guys, a multivitamin. This one is by Vitafusion.

00:01:52

It's a men's multivitamin for cellular energy, immune and muscle support. I'm not going to go through all the supplement facts, so there's a lot on here, but just know that it does have vitamin, acdeb, six B, twelve, biotin, iodine, zinc, chromium, sodium, and a couple of other things that I probably cannot pronounce or I will absolutely butcher the pronunciation of. But I highly recommend that you take a multivitamin. Why is that? It's simple, really.

00:02:22

Most people don't do it. Most people don't take multivitamins. Even I don't take them as often as I should, hence why I said in the beginning of this episode, they are right there, right there. So once I wake up, that's one of the first things I'm seeing. So I know before I leave the house, got to take two multivitamins.

00:02:37

Got the serving size for it, just two vitamins, pop them in, good to go. Multivitamins contain, like I said before, a vast amount of vitamins and minerals and other molecules that your body needs to function. And you can get these from foods? Absolutely you can. Instead of having to force yourself to constantly keep up with the amount of nutrients and things that your body needs, why not just go grab yourself a vitamin?

00:03:01

And yes, I know these are chewy, these are gummies because they taste like candy. Honestly, that's another thing that I use to reduce the friction between them because the other two that I'm going to go through, honestly, flavor is horrible. It is absolutely god awful the way that they taste the second it hits your tongue, you know, that is just pure raw fruit. It just does not taste good. So I had to make it sweeter.

00:03:24

So that's why I got the gummy vitamins to make it a little bit easier. But again, like I said before, multivitamins, you can get the vitamins and minerals from the fruit, the vegetables and the foods that you eat. But sometimes you just may just have a deficiency. Especially living in the Midwest, you will lose a lot of vitamin D, or rather you'll have a big vitamin D deficiency simply because the sun's not out as much. And the little bit that it is out, it's really only hitting your face because everything else is covered up because you're so cold.

00:03:50

So you're not really getting enough vitamin D from the sun. During the summertime, I don't really need much vitamin D, so this is just icing on the cake at that point. So it works out pretty well. Really good to go. So number one I recommend is definitely vitamins second supplement that you should be taking.

00:04:10

This is one that's not completely mandatory and I've heard a lot of good things about it, but I was just like, I don't really know. So I'll give it a shot myself and I have seen some positive effects from it. Now it's not going to be straight up night and day like a straight up magic brain pill, but you will definitely see a little bit of a difference. And I am talking about Ashwagandha. There it is.

00:04:33

Ashwagandha. This is known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognitive function, support weight management, and boost your immune system. So personally, what have I seen with Ashwagandha? Like I said, personally, I didn't see a night and day difference, but I did notice a decrease in my overall stress levels. So I did notice that things weren't as stressful as they usually were or if things were stressful, I did notice I didn't get as stressed out as I usually do.

00:05:03

Right. There's nothing groundbreaking, but I did see a decrease in it. I did also notice an increase in the ability to focus for longer periods of time. So it wasn't like I was only able to focus for 20 minutes and now I can focus for an hour. It wasn't like that, but I would definitely say if I was able to focus for 30 minutes before and I was able to focus maybe 45 minutes without breaking the level of concentration.

00:05:26

So I thought that was actually pretty good to be able to see an increase like that. And then last thing that I saw, I did see an overall energy increase without coffee, right? Because I usually will drink a coffee in the morning. And so for this little experiment, because I've been taking this ashwagandha for about a month now, and so I pretty much cut out the coffee from there. So now it could be a mixture of my body getting used to not having the caffeine from the coffee that I drink, or it could just be the actual ashwagandha.

00:05:56

Or maybe a combination of the both. I believe it was a combination of both because I was taking ashwagandha about every day that I wasn't drinking coffee. And I saw not identical, but a close enough energy level to that of caffeine. So now I looked at the actual supplement factors I'm looking at right now, looking at the actual supplement facts on here, it have B twelve in here, which is a vitamin that does give you some energy. So that is definitely a really good supplement that you should definitely take.

00:06:29

Now, with all this being said, before I get to number three, make sure you do your due diligence and do your own research on these supplements. I just found out about these and took them, and I'm simply relaying my findings to you. Do not take this as fact because I have talked to other people who have tried things like ashwagandha and those kind of things and they have had negative side effects. So please do your research and don't take what I say as fact here. Just so these are my personal experiences and these are things that I recommend that if you have no negative repercussions from them, I'd recommend.

00:07:01

And the last one that I have been taking for a little less than a month, maybe about two and a half, three weeks, is Tong Kat Ali. Tong kat ali. There it is right there. Tongkat Ali. So how ashwagandha is known to reduce stress, improve cognitive function, and support weight management and everything.

00:07:24

Tong Kat Ali is actually known to boost energy, boost stamina and boost your overall mood. So you can almost think about this as almost like a pre workout in a pill, essentially. And let me tell you something. Day one, I took this and I was just like, this ain't doing a thing. I don't really feel any different.

00:07:43

So it is a little bit of research. And it said it takes about two to three days of you taking consistently to feel an effect. Say day one, you ain't going to feel anything. Then it says, day two to three, you're probably going to feel a spike in something. And I was like, yeah, okay, whatever you say, boss.

00:07:56

Whatever you say. Boy, did I tell you, man, let me tell you. Day two, day two, once I took this thing on the second day, oh, my goodness. When I tell you, I felt like my testosterone was raging that day. I felt like I could conquer the world.

00:08:15

No joke. I felt like I was just like I was on top of it. I felt like I was firing on all cylinders. Could have been a placebo, because I read something. At first I thought it was, but then I kept taking it, like I said, for another couple of days.

00:08:29

But then I felt a new level of baseline. Afterwards. I always felt just slightly more I always felt like slightly more clear headed, like everything was a little bit clearer. I was able to think a little bit quicker. I always felt a little bit more uppity.

00:08:44

I always felt like I had at least a little bit more energy than normal. When I say little, it was more than the ashwagandha, that was for sure. I definitely felt more of an effect of the tongkat ali and the ashwagandha. That one was definitely a measurable difference that I could feel. And so because of that, like I said, I was on for about three weeks, so currently I'm in an off state and I could definitely feel the energy is not where it was when I was taking the tongue cat ali.

00:09:06

So I'd recommend, if you are looking for a boost in energy, definitely take some tongue cat ali, because that is the stuff. Honestly, it feels like a pre workout. Basically, it feels like a pre workout or a tailored down pre workout without the jitters, without the crash almost all day. It is a fantastic feeling. And let me tell you, I will be continuing to take tongkat ali and I will be continuing to take ashwagandha.

00:09:33

But if I were to drop one, I would honestly probably drop the ashwagandha, not because it's bad, but because I just had more of an effect or more of an effect that I felt physically with the tongue cataly. So because I had a bigger effect with the tong cataly and something that's more measurable, I could definitely feel that the tong Catalyte was definitely working. So I will continue to take both, actually, all three, if you include the multivitamins as well. But I will continue to take all three. And if you all have any questions about anything, like I said, hit me up on Instagram, send me a DM, and I will get back to you on whatever findings I have, whatever feelings that I'm getting, or any kind of effects that I have from these things.

00:10:14

But before we get into all that, we're going to end off this episode here. But before we do, as usual, I'll go back to the three supplements that you should be taking on a day to day basis. Number one, if you take nothing else from this, take a multivitamin. I don't care if it's gummy, I don't care if it's a solid multivitamin. Take your multivitamins.

00:10:34

It's simple. Most people don't do it. I don't do it as often as I should, and I'm really trying to get a lot better at that and make that a point to make sure to take my multivitamins. So definitely make sure you're doing that. Number two, Ashwagandha, like I said, reduces stress and anxiety, improves your cognitive function, supports your weight management, and even boosts your immune system.

00:10:53

So I would recommend at least giving it a shot, taking it for about a week or two. If you have no negative effects, see what it does for you. And lastly, Tongkat ali. This one, I've definitely felt the most amount of energy boost from overall. So if you really want to try out an energy boost again, try out Tongkat Ali.

00:11:10

And that, guys, is where we're going to end off this episode. Thank you so much for listening.
